| Abstract | In this research paper an evaluation and description of the conditions of hygiene and labor safety presented at FAREM Esteli during the 2015 was done. It is a qualitative research due to the deep analysis of the process that performs the INSS AND MITRAB to ensure the fulfillment of the law 618 at FAREM-Esteli. An analysis of the conditions of the space, lighting, ergonomics, signaling, electrical hazards and equipment was conducted. The universe of this research is 243 workers: administrative personnel and professors. Is recommended to strength the committee to integrate the different unions work and promote best practices in Occupational Health and Safety. |
