| Abstract | Common sense organizes his speech based on spontaneity and superficiality , soon makes hasty generalizations . This can be seen when he refers to education and to motivate boys and girls to participate in education classes Fisica.Rever this posture is essential for all any teacher of Physical Education . Objective: This study aims to present a reflection on the theme of motivation in the process of teaching and learning in physical education classes and their relationships with gender issues. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted through a literature review of articles and books , featuring this work as a research nature exploratoria.Foram identified articles and / or scientific papers published in relevant journals , available for consultation embase data , such as , SciELO , Google Scholar , or in specific portals of some journals . Literature Review: In the first part , after presenting the constituent elements of the school environment , set up motivation and learning as well as their relations with the Physical Education ; later discussed the origins and motivations of their relationships with gender classes Physical Education , highlighting the role of culture as a creator of stereotypes and finally proved the importance of planning for physical education classes . Final Thoughts : It is concluded that for effective teaching practice is essential that the teacher understands well the elements that make up the school environment dialectically , is a good observer of student behavior and know that select their planning |
