| Abstract | by Jana Sanchez Consumer advocate R a l p h Nader spoke to a gathering of Harris County political activists, which included students f rom area colleges, at the Tidelands II Motor Inn on Tuesday, August 21. The visit was one part of Nader's present effort to launch a statewide voter education and registration project. Nader has a long history of outspokenness in politics and has been a pioneer in public interest law, p a r t i c u l a r l y c o n s u m e r advocacy.
