Abstract	Given the great competitiveness among companies, the high costs, the uncertainties political / economic in which the country lives, it is essential for business managers to take control of financial information, costs and other management controls that helps them to make decisions regarding the cut of expenses, investments or redirection of its activities, in the sense of making the company viable and competitive. The company Transportes Silvio Ltda has a person who already works with the analysis of Routes and Costs, but it’s planning to expand the management of controls and information, which are currently very poor, in this sense, the company is creating a department of controller, with two employers in the role of Controller, where one will be focused on production and performance indicators and the other on performance indicators, cost analysis and investments. Both will be responsible for the design and operation of the systems that collect, report, and control information. They should review the reports and extract information. In this sense, the proposal is to research and suggest the greatest variety of financial indicators possible for this department to use them, for their analysis and suggestions to the company's board from the directors. This project will also present the observed results through the application of indicators that are considered indispensable. The researched indicators were applied but it was not possible to make an analysis of the company's reality due to the lack of management data due to the change of system which caused significant loss of the necessary data.
