| Abstract | This research work fits into the Masters Dissertation in Adult Training and Development Location (not yet completed) and focuses on the impact of the Modular Training Certified as a contribution to Lifelong Learning, under different perspectives, namely, the recipients (assets employed and unemployed adults, aged 18, who attended actions in IEFP, IP, the District of Portalegre, between 2011 and March of 2012), the employers and the key partners specialized. Taking into account the type, set goals for each of these sub-universes, we used a set of methods and techniques of social research, namely: questionnaire survey (applied to recipients), the interview (aimed at employers and to key stakeholders) and expert analysis of documents. With this paper, we intend to collect a set of considerations, using various focus and theoretical contributions and empirical data collected, to demonstrate whether or not corroborate the theoretical assumptions considered by performing a reflective analysis against the object of study. |
