| Abstract | In this work we present a multiscale experimental results obtained during the deformation of polycristalline synthetic rocksalt : Uniaxial compression tests are coupled with measures of kinematic elds obtained by digital image correlation acquired in a SEM. Di erents mechanisms of plasticty are observed, crystal plasticity but also grain boundary sliding. A 3D study by tomography RX completes the 2D results.
