| Abstract | This study aimed to describe the types of school organizational culture, performance, and teachers’ satisfaction. It also examines the effects of school organizational culture on performance and teachers’ satisfaction, the effects of performance on teachers’ satisfaction, and the indirect effects of school organizational culture on teachers’ satisfaction. The sample were selected using purposive sampling technique. The method used descriptive correlational quantitative approach. The data were collected using questionnaire, and analysed employing path analysis. This study shows that there is significant effects of school organizational culture on teachers’ performance and job satisfaction. However, its effects on satisfaction were mediated by the level of teachers’ performance. To obtain the comprehensive finding of the study, these findings should be confirmed through similar studies involving broad target sample. |
