| Abstract | NITA NORIKO, 2007. The Policy Analyze Competency Based Curriculum (KBK) and Design Model Curriculum Having Environment Concept Senior High School (Case Study on Senior High School in Jakarta and Bekasi). SYAMSUL MA’ARIF, as a Chairman, SURJONO HADI SUTJAHJO and HASIM as members of the Advisory Commitee. The limited environmental concept of a part of Indo esian is one of causes of the environmental destruction cases. The environmental concept and the ability for continuously managing natural resources can be built by provisio n through formal educational line. On the basis of the environmental destruction phenomena in Indonesia, the purposes of this reseach are to analyze the policy on Competency Based Curricul um (KBK), to find out main constrain factors for grading up compentency of students on e nvironment through KBK, to find out main constrain factors in Environmental Education, to d esign an educational policy model on KBK under the environmental concept in Senior High Scho ol (SMA) level and to make an alternative educational policy scenario on KBK under the enviro nmental concept in SMA level. The research result show that the supporting components of Environmental Education (PLH) in school using KBK and Curriculum 1994 are various i n each school and they have yet to be fully equipped. Competency of student’s behaviors on envi ronment concept has yet to reach learning completely. This condition is not caused by their lack of concept and behavior competency because the data shows that their concept and behav ior competency have reached the Minimum Competency Limit Standard (SKBM). Beside, this co ndition is also not caused by the types of curriculum and department but is more caused by the school condition factors. Based on Prospective Analysis, there are three important in he implementation of PLH namely School Based Management, Activity Program Supporting the P LH and Innovation in Learning Method PLH. The results of Interpretative Structural Mode ling (ISM) shows that there are constrain factors which can be included in the controlled inp uts in the Input Output Diagram as well as activities supporting the PLH. Based on the result of Prospective Analysis and ISM, environmental base KBK Model is created, of which i n its field application can be carried out through three scenarios. |
