| Abstract | In the year 1915, with law 57, companies began to consider the issue of Occupational Health in reference to the normality of accidents and occupational diseases in Colombia. These issues have become more important in organizations throughout the years for two main reasons. First, it is important as a legal compliance because their failure could jeopardize finances or it can destabilize the permanence of the company. Secondly, it refers to increased productivity in the organization through actions that allow for the welfare of employees in the workplace. The proposal to implement the Occupational Health Program in Action Against Hunger raises the fundamental issues that make up this program based on the legal requirements which is looking for a benefit between employer and employee by carrying out different activities with the purpose of providing a safe environment, physical health, social health, and mental health of members. These are efforts which promote improvement in the work place and better results in the work of the organization. |
