| Abstract | That is why this research is aimed, to generate viable seedlings in the laboratory, so it has established a protocol for in vitro germination and embryogenic callus induction of Cedrela montana Moritz ex Turcz from zygotic embryos, sort of interest to the Metropolitan District of Quito. From this project was able to establish appropriate means for disinfection were T2 which contains a concentration of 0.5% v / v sodium hypochlorite and T7 which corresponds to the use of Artículo Científico Laboratorio de Micropropagación Vegetal Sangolguí Ecuador EPMMO-Q Junio2012 hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of 3% v / v of which inhibited the growth of exogenous fungi, bacteria and even better prevented necrosis of the embryos. At the stage of germination the best treatments were supplemented with G3 (3mg.l -1 gibberellic acid) and G5 (2mg.l -1 of brassinolide) which allowed the mature embryos of Cedrela montana Moritz ex Turcz germinating from 6 days of introduced into the medium. The best means of inducing embryogenic callus were I3 (4mg.l of 2.4-dichlorofenoxiacético) which were identified by the acetocarmine acid, protocol described by Portillo (2000), which allows the observation of somatic cells. |
