Abstract	description of the isolation technique and culture of stem cells and their differentiation to adipose tissue in a controlled process. Are evaluated from the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells and both stem cells with growth factors by platelet rich plasma. Methods: Mesenchymal stem cells are obtained from 2 patients with abdominal fat by liposuction, hematopoietic stem cells are obtained from bone marrow of the patient by puncture of the iliac crest and the platelet rich plasma is obtained from blood. Prepare four petri dishes. One capsule will be a control with only pure adipose tissue, another with pure adipose tissue and mesenchymal stem cells, one with pure adipose tissue and hematopoietic cells and one with pure adipose tissue, both stem cells and grown factors by platelet rich plasma. We evaluate their differentiation into adipose tissue. Results: The result was satisfactory differentiation proving the stem cell to adult adipose tissue. Efficacy platelet was calculated satisfactorily and mesenchymal and hematopoietic stem cells too. Conclusions: The method is feasible and reproducible. Differentiation was evident in all proceedings to adult tissue.
