| Abstract | Construction projects are source of a multitude of risks; the management of these risks directly affects the success of the project. Managing risk involves both their formalization and their evaluation. The use of RBS (Risk Breakdown Structure) which consists of a hierarchical tree picture of project risks provides an efficient solution for risks modelling. However, two questions are relevant here: how can we assess risks and how can we aggregate risk values at the different levels of RBS. We answer here by proposing an assessment model and a set of risk aggregation rules for RBS. This step is essential in managing project risks.
