Abstract	This research project is about the study of the marketing system PRASOL ENTERPRISE - DAIRY SANTILLAN, PARISH SAN LUIS, Riobamba Canton, Chimborazo province AND ITS IMPACT ON THE MARKET POSITIONING. PERIOD 2012-2013, relative positioning and a competitive market approach. Marketing System consists of a total system of business activities to planning, pricing, promotion and distribution of products and services that meet the needs of today's onsumers or potential and determine the perception of the consumer to the product. This research consists of five chapters, they are developed as follows. Chapter I, Framework is developed, which includes the planning and formulation of the problem, the objectives to achieve why and wherefore of this investigation. Chapter II, the theoretical framework are detailed, the scientific content in which is based the research. It is divided into three units: Unit I data consisting PRASOL Company - Dairy Santillan. Unit II refers to the System Marketing Company. Unit III refers to the positioning of the market. An analysis was performed to all information received and collected PRASOL Company - Dairy Santillan, as well as the way it has affected the market position of the company. Chapter III, the methods used for research, population and sample, the operationalization of the variables, techniques and tools for data collection, information processing, analysis and interpretation of results and hypothesis testing are detailed. Chapter IV, conclusions and recommendations are made to establish the analysis of the results of the issues raised at the beginning of the investigation. The corresponding bibliography and annexes are attached.
