| Abstract | In the training projects carried out in the Industrial and Aviation Center, practices of innovation and research fail to replicate in new experiences, added to this, insufficient articulation between training projects and the needs of the productive sector and low use of learning environments and technology. To address this problem, a qualitative-participatory research was formulated that aims to collaboratively design a set of strategies for the integration of these innovation and research practices in the training projects led by the executing teams. The research method is based on a process of inductive approach, the first stage corresponded to the characterization of the formulation, execution and evaluation process of the training projects, the second stage to the systematization of the innovation and research practices carried out in the training project, and the final stage corresponded to the design of the strategies with the administrative academic work teams. In the results achieved in the characterization phase, there is a theoretical gap in the foundation of the proposal, a deficient scientific rigor in the methodological design, in addition, the process of innovation is revealed in a tacit way in parallel with the formulation and execution of the project. In the execution of the project, there is a low interaction between the internal and external training and research groups, showing the lack of practice of investigative practices in the learning environment. In the phase of systematization of practices, there is no standardization in the workshops of creativity and innovation, neither in the moment of application of this and the state of the training, and the results of these do not manage to be included in the training project. In the design phase of the strategies, carried out with the academic-administrative group, using the results provided in the previous phases, five thematic axes were defined for the design of these: Training in Scientific Method, Epistemology, Creativity and Innovation, linking of investigation seed plots, scientific production, Relationship with the productive sector and open innovation. |
