Abstract	The growth of population’s purchasing power, along internal public transport system’s infrastructural problems has proportionated an increase on the number of purchased automobiles and therefore the amount of batteries on the Market, once they are na essential part of the car. Thus, reverse logistic of those batteries are required to minimize the environmental impact they cause to envitonment and human health. Therefora, the objetive of this present work is to analyze relevant factors for the actual environmental management of batteries, through a reverse logistics system placed at an auto parts distributor. As a resul, the questionnaire was able to show that the relevant factors for batteries logistics are, environmental responsibility, collecting, sorting and packaging, hasnding and transportantion. Among these factors, each one of them has become essential, although environmental responsability ganis prominence for being at the start of the system, and the more dependente sector would be handiling and transportantion, due its placementet on the end of the auto parts distribuitos’s reverse logistics chain.
