Abstract	The emergency of new types of industrial organizations, specially those relating to stimulation of more inter-firm cooperation such as alliances, clusters, cooperation productive networks, chains and virtual organization offers new elements to improve the development and participation among enterprises. The enterprises networks represent an innovative form to obtain competitiveness and survival in the world of globalization. This article intents to analyze the enterprises productive cooperation networks among small and medium enterprises. The concept of mutual collaboration as a worldwide adopted alternative for companies grew, interested in acquiring a better cooperation in order to survive and allow technology sharing.
