| Abstract | Beneath the changes registered in the recent evolution of the world capitalism like the important influence of the Chinese economy in the international trade; derived of their growing increase of the production, as well as the increase of the production and exports of India, have given an important change as a result in the international demand of food. However, we should recognize that these changes in the international scenario are mainly explained by the process of globalization of the world economy which marks its beginning clearly from the last decade of the 21st Century where important changes in the structure of the world production are registered and consequently in the world trade, taking o this process the liberation like base and therefore the determination of the prices based on the conditions of market. |
