Abstract	The special Colombian Native Jurisdiction was granted from the law system with a isolate justice. However, the Jurisdiction controversial are solved Consejo Superior de la Judicatura (Supreme Court of Justice Administration). Therefore, it analyzes factual situations, worldview, idiosyncrasy, customs and Indian system of Law to determine which jurisdiction judge the specific case. Notwithstanding there are not enough cases to originate a jurisprudential perspective as a consequence jeopardize constitutional rights.
