| Abstract | With the upgrading and adjustment of the economic industrial structure,employer continuously improve the quality requirements of the higher vocational college graduates. Students in higher vocational colleges should be advanced technology applied talents with good cultural and moral cultivation. The current situation of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic, and the phenomenon of "heavy skill, light humanity" is widespreaded. In order to improve the professionalism of graduates and humanity education,some methods are used,such as these methods of clearing objectives of higher vocational education, seting up reasonable teaching content, innovating teaching methods and strengthening the construction of teaching staff and so on. The humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges is improved greatly through these countermeasures. |
