| Abstract | LA NECESARIA PRESENCIA DE LA ETICA EN LA ROBOTICA: LA ROBOETICA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS THE NECESSARY PRESENCE OF ETHICS IN ROBOTICS: ROBOETHICS AND ITS INCIDENCE IN HUMAN RIGHTS Nuria Belloso Martin* RESUMEN : O alimento e um direito basico da pessoa humana, cuja satisfacao deve ser promovida pelo Estado, constituindo em um dever deste, tal como positivado em diversos conjuntos normativos internacionais. Ocorre que hodiernamente, prover o alimento significa nao so fornecer comida quantitativamente, como tambem garantir o acesso ao alimento de qualidade a todos. No entanto, as atuais regras que regulam o comercio internacional nao parecem ser suficientes para auxiliar as nacoes na promocao da seguranca alimentar, sendo esse o debate central que norteia o presente artigo. Para tanto, debate-se o Acordo sobre Agricultura firmado sob os auspicios da Organizacao Mundial do Comercio quanto aos seus tres grandes compromissos (acesso aos mercados, apoio interno e subsidios a exportacao). Na sequencia, inclina-se as discussoes existentes quando a sua revisao frente a crescente preocupacao dos diversos atores do plano internacional para com a questao da seguranca alimentar. Ao cabo, conclui-se que as ultimas negociacoes ocorridas ja demonstram uma maior preocupacao no que tange a ocorrencia da inseguranca alimentar no plano do comercio internacional, demonstrando ser esse um foro propicio para combater a falta de acesso ao alimento seguro e de qualidade, em que pese o progresso nao ocorrer em passo acelerado. PALABRAS LLAVE : Robotica. Roboetica. Inteligencia artificial. Posthumanismo. ABSTRACT: The analysis of robotics and artificial intelligence supports several approaches. One can be that of the ethical and legal problems posed by artificial intelligence (that is, AI as a matter to be legally regulated) and another, that of the impact of artificial intelligence on thought, methodology and legal practice. Therefore, the interrelation between Law and Artificial Intelligence is bidirectional. The present work deals with one of the possible perspectives of study, the necessary presence of ethics in Robotics, without prejudice to the indispensable legal regulation ("Right of robots") on this matter. The tendentious use of algorithms, the tendency to configure a model of posthumanism and, finally, the irruption of the Roboethics is the main exponents of the burning reflections that derive from a technical-scientific advance with a direct incidence in the human rights .
