Abstract	Se caracterizan aspectos de la contribucion del psicoanalisis al derecho senalando que ambos convergen en el campo del discurso. Se senalan relaciones entre el sujeto del psicoanalisis, el sujeto del derecho y el sujeto de la ciencia moderna. Se diferencia el enfoque del psicoanalisis del de otras disciplinas y ciencias que tambien colaboran con el derecho. Se senala que la especificidad del psicoanalisis en el campo discursivo consiste en dirigirse a la enunciacion. Se consideran algunos aspectos del desplazamiento de la sancion desde el acto delictivo al sujeto del acto delictivo. Resumen en Ingles We describe aspects of the contribution of psychoanalysis to law indicating that both converge in the discursive field. Relations between the subject of psychoanalysis, the subject of law and the subject of modern science are shown. Differences between the approach of psychoanalysis and that of other disciplines and sciences that also cooperate with law are shown as well. It is emphasized that the specificity of psychoanalysis in the field of speeches consists in going towards enunciation.
