| Abstract | Given a new procurement system which is manage by (INCOP), implemented by the national government. We have decided to start a company focused on this market, specifically in the area of education. Where our customers will be public Schools and High Schools. Given the mandatory of no fees, it's the reason why parents don't have to pay any value to the tax educational institutions. These resources have been replaced by a budget allocated by the government; with it the educational institutions should buy goods necessary to enterprises which meet certain requirements. Our objective it’s create a company that offers products and service needed for state schools and high schools, things with low prices and lending a excellent service, creating loyalty customer to our organization. We hope to cover as schools as high schools in Guayas's province especially rural areas where there is a limited supply of this type of service. Meeting the needs of rural schools. We will forge a quality first service for customers who have long been treated without proper consideration. |
