Abstract	This degree project called "BALANCED SCORECARD AS PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FUND EMPLOYEES "FONALCANZAR" ENTERPRISE ALQUERÍA " part of an analysis that showedas a result a number of shortcomings in the fund company employees Alquería, which has affected the financial area and thus its internal and external customers, due to the absence of a regular update of its objectives and / or strategies that support the proper functioning of their areas. For the development of research first diagnosis on the operation of the fund, based on information provided by the general fund manager Mr. Hector Galindo was performed. Still, research different authors who have contributed about -BSCBalanced Scorecard / Balanced Scorecard -CMIto give clarity to the project were taken into account. Thus it concludes primarily that the BSC / CMI is the appropriate tool as it would serve as a basis to support the strategic direction and internal and external processes that lead to the fulfillment of the corporate purpose of the fund, as well as their different goals through the establishment of strategies to develop them.
