Abstract	«Protection of The Occupants of Housings Before The Insufficient and Heterogeneous Regulation of The Right of Rehousing in The Spanish Legal System». The development of the cities endures an integral transformation or renovation of zones or degraded, aged and malajusted neighborhoods to the services and structures needed by the economic and social current activities. These actions of transformation and regeneration demand the demolition of those incompatible buildings with the urban development arrangement of new implantation, which he leads to the eviction and relocation of his occupants, of understandable complexity for the serious consequences that from it stem when it is a question of inhabited housings.
