| Abstract | Dear Sirs According to the suggestions of the BMC Editorial Production Team the following changes of the manuscript were performed: We removed the line “*These authors contributed equally to this work” and the respective superscripts from the author list. We added the sentence “All authors read and approved the final manuscript” to section authors contribution. We checked the endnote library according to http://www.biomedcentral.com/info/ifora/endnote/#technicalhelp and reformatted the reference list in the article. We are, despite several trials, not able to match the number of references in the article with the number of references extracted by the BMC document system. We now submit a new version of the article. |
