| Abstract | The necessity to get comfort in the professional life makes the worker more and more busied and worried to think about new shapes to diversify or to look for a better framing of his/her tasks to not overload his/her day by day. The main objective of this work was to blow up the knowledge about QVT in the West Catarinense Business Agency of the Brazil S/A Bank. It’s about a case study that questioned fifteen crowded employees in the West Catarinense Business Agency. The fact collection happened through of a questionnaire with open and close questions. The fact analyses technique used was the facts interpretation about the studied theories, to making possible as the quantitatives analyses as qualitatives. The result of this research indicates that the majority employees don’t know very well the life’s quality program in the work, introduced in July, 2007 by Brazil S/A Bank, but they consider to nave life’s quality in the work. It was made improvement for the Agency employees with the intention that the same can have better life’s quality during the working’s hours.
