Abstract	Economic development, development of Internet technology has expanded the content management accounting, provided the opportunities and challenges for management accounting application in teaching. From the perspective of knowledge transfer, the paper analyzed the teaching of conventional management accounting problems and made recommendations in teaching organization theory, carrying out case teaching, practicing teaching mode inter-school studying teaching mode.
