| Abstract | In Colombia, in the last years it has been evident the increase of the gold illegal mining in many regions, bringing with it numerous environmental, health, social economics problems, among others. One of the regions most hit by this fenomenon is Bajo Cauca Antioqueno, for this reason it has been choosen this zone with the goal to assesment the lost of vegetal covert during the last 30 years because of gold illegal mining with heavy machinery in land using teledetection techniques. To reach this it been used multispectral satellite images LANDSAT taken in different years (1986 y 2016), through of a supervised classification using a maximum Likelihood algorithm, then, it been used filters to smooth the images and it been calculated the areas of each covert to make a better interpretation of the outcome of the classification. The data above let measure the temporal space dynamic of the increase of the lost of vegetal covert and then can quantificate the change of the coverts, like the increase of the naked soil in 7.9% in the study area. The process method of the images was with PCI geomatic software 2014 |
