| Abstract | The paper presents a robust tracking controller design for a short-stroke permanent magnet motor as a linear drive. After the model description, a flatness based control is presented to force the system following a reference trajectory. Additionally a robust feedback control, based on system inversion, is used to stabilize the tracking against external disturbance signals, model and initial errors. Moreover, a particular PID control scheme is proposed by using Karitonov's approach. |
