Abstract	The study addresses research gaps concerning multi-organisational arrangements in innovation networks, specifically how innovation networks are orchestratedor managed. This paper presents the concept of mobiles of innovation networks and their dynamic meta-governance, from a longitudinal and relational view. It shows evidence on different governance modes of the mobiles hubs at different network levels and different stages of an innovation process.
