Abstract	This paper describes an communication and remote c ontrol environment for the ROBOKIT through the Internet, dits structural components and operation. The project aims at provi ding an opportunity for programming to basic education by controlling ROBOK IT laboratory remote control LEDs and motors, even physically at distanc e, so that users have an innovative and stimulating programming experience. Data were collected through the application of tests previously organiz ed and presented significant results for teacher forming. Resumo. Este artigo apresenta um ambiente para comunicacao e controle remoto pela Internet, do kit de robotica educativa ROBOKIT, descrevendo seus componentes estruturais e seu funcionamento. O projeto objetiva oportunizar a programacao a Educacao Basica atraves do controle do ROBOKIT em laboratorio remoto, controlando LEDs e m otores, mesmo estando fisicamente a distância, fazendo com que os usuarios tenham uma experiencia inovadora e incentivo a programacao. Os dados foram coletados atraves da aplicacao de testes previamente organiza dos e apresentaram resultados expressivos para a formacao docente.
