| Abstract | The fruit plays an important role in the socio-economic scenario in Brazil, where we have one of the main centers of genetic diversity of fruit species in the world. Aiming to characterize the genetic similarity of accessions mangabeira, to identify plants with high genetic potential, which may contribute to the improvement and preservation of this fruitful. Six genotypes mangaba, three originated from Rio Grande do Norte and Pernambuco three collected at the Experimental Station of EMEPA-PB, in Joao Pessoa - PB, were used in the analysis of study of genetic diversity with RAPD (Random amplified polymorphic DNA), and were made physicochemical analyzes in each of the genotypes. DNA extraction genotypes mangaba was made according Capinan. Then, we performed a screening of 20 RAPD primers to identify those who have offered a consistent pattern of amplification. All 20 primers were selected which showed satisfactory amplification patterns for the nine genotypes mangaba. We obtained 186 marks, and of these, 106 (56.98%) were monomorphic and 80 were polymorphic (43.01%). In the dendrogram was the formation of two groups: group I was formed by individuals RN1, RN2, RN3, PE1 and PE3, and group II was formed only by the individual PE2. Where it was observed that the individual PE2 showed 99.92% of genetic dissimilarity with the other genotypes, this sample also proved to be the most variable, according to the physico-chemical analyzes shown in Table 1. Thus, observed that groups of species collected in the states of Rio Grande do Norte and Pernambuco showed low genetic diversity among themselves. |
