Abstract	The growth of population in Medan City followed by incressing of transportation facilities that potencialy reduce air quality by Vehicles emission which has adverse affect to the human health. The research is to estimated the concentration and percentage of emission that produced by vehicles in the street on Medan City. These estimation of emission was conducted three street in Medan ie : Medan – Binjai street at Km 7; Medan-Tg Morawa street at Km 10 and Medan-Tembung street at Jl. Letda Sudjono around 150 meters from gate in of Bandar Selamat highway which analyzed Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen Oxide and Sulfur Dioxide by using emission factor fom literature. The results of analysis shows that the estimated of Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen Oxide and Sulfur Dioxide emission in Medan – Binjai street at Km 7 and Medan-Tembung. Street at Letda Sudjono around 150 meters from gate in of Bandar Selamat highway are the biggest than Medan-Tg Morawa street at Km 10. The biggest percentage of emission estimated for CO produced by motor cycles, and for Sulfur Dioxide and Oxide Nitrogen was produced by truck.
