| Abstract | This Project presents the explorations of the relationships among the classroom, and how they allow the development of personal growth. Analysing the concept Pedagogical Relationship, I inquired about the constituent elements which allow its appearance and development, emerging the concept of “empalabramiento” (Duch 2002) and empathy, as two important elements. In this analysis, it was taken into an account the “estructuras de acogida” (Duch 2002), and how they can be observed in the educational process, influencing in the pedagogical relationship built between a teacher and her students during a school year. This paper is written in first person, since is a personal reflection on the teaching practise, narrated through the school year. Seventeen third grade students participated in this study (group 3-2, from which I was tutor for the school year), during the school year 2016-2017. It is a qualitative investigation, appropriating autobiographical ethnographic method (teacher and students as well). Registers and diaries were written by both teacher and students involved in the investigation. A survey was applied, and interviews as well, in order to have a better understanding of analysis categories presented and emergent. With the ground work a narrative text was written, based on Jerome Bruner ́s concepts: language as the way to recognise person and its culture. In the conclusions can be observed the need of recognising the person, from their experiences, personal desires; in order to understand teacher ́s personal and professional growth.
