Educação em tempo integral: mapeamento e tendências temáticas de teses e dissertações (1988-2011)

Abstract	Resumo Caracterizado como um estudo sobre o estado da arte referente a Educacao em Tempo Integral, o presente artigo debruca-se na compreensao da producao cientifica acerca dessa tematica, realiza um mapeamento bibliografico das teses e dissertacoes disponiveis no Banco de Teses da Capes, no periodo de 2009 a 2011 e identifica os eixos tematicos abordados em tais trabalhos. O recorte temporal justifica-se em funcao da complementaridade a um estudo ja publicado, no qual se apresenta um mapeamento da producao cientifica entre 1988 a 2008. Os eixos tematicos identificados foram: Praticas Educativas; Jornada Escolar; Formacao de Professores; Democratizacao da Educacao e Politicas Educacionais. A comparacao entre os resultados de ambas as pesquisas aponta um aumento de aproximadamente 92% na producao cientifica, ressaltando a relevância da experiencia dos Centros Integrados de Educacao Publica (CIEPs), que se manteve como principal foco de estudos. Full-Time Education: mapping AND thematic tendencies of theses and dissertations (1988-2011 Abstract Characterized as a study on the state of art referred to Full-Time Education, this article focuses on understanding the scientific production on this theme, performs a bibliographic mapping of theses and dissertations available in Banco de Teses da Capes in the period of 2009-2011, and also identifies the thematic tendencies expressed in these studies. The period is justified from the intention of complementing a study ever produced on the subject, which presents a scientific production mapping on the period of 1988 to 2008. The themes identified were: Educational Practices, School Hours, Teacher Training, Democratization of Education and Educational Policy. The comparison between the results of both researches indicates an increase of approximately 92% in scientific production, highlighting the relevance of the experience of the Centros Integrados de Educacao Publica (CIEPs), which remained as the principal focus of studies.
