| Abstract | This report provides an estimate of model results used to obtain the main coefficients necessary to ascertain the values-of-reliability. These estimates are to be used to develop a robust method of evaluating monetary benefits of variables measures to enhance the regularity of the Paris suburban transit train network. A large scale stated preference data set was used to obtain the model estimates. The respondents in the stated preference experiment were asked to choose between different alternatives of service. Each alternative was describe by the frequency of short delays (delays between 5 and 15 minutes), the travel time, the comfort level, the frequency of long delays (delays lasting over 15 minutes), and the level of information on delays. Each respondent was asked to make 18 choices between two service alternatives. |
