| Abstract | This study’ s purpose wer: 1) To know and analyze whether the commitment, loyalty and discipline of work simultaneously influence to the ability of employees at Menur r egional mental hospital, Surabaya. 2) To know and analyze if commitment, loyalty and discipline of work can par tially affect the ability of employees, 3) T o know and analyze which among commitment, loyalty and discipline of work have the most dominant influence on the ability of employees at Menur r egional mental hospital. Data was collected fr om employees at the r gional mental hospital by using questionnair es. Analyses method uses multiple linear regression analysis, cor relation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simultaneous tests and par tial tests. The r esult of this study indicate that commitment, loyalty and discipline of work have significant influences on the ability of the r egional mental hospital employees simultaneously and partially, while the most dominant influence is work discipline. |
