| Abstract | In this work, we propose a model to the collusive game characterized by competition between N firms with possibility of collusion, where the firms are price choosers. The model we propose is essentially based on the J.E. Harrington’s model where the firms are quantities choosers and the model of Friedman which generate a price vector Cournot equilibrium for the basic model. Then we discussed the solution of the proposed model via optimization methods. We propose two algorithms, one based on the internal penalty method and the projected gradient algorithm, and the other based on the external penalty method and the simplified DCA. |
