Abstract	Este estudo tem como objetivo conhecer a Producao nacional de enfermagem referente aos Eventos Adversos no Brasil, nos ultimos dez anos relacionado a Terapia Medicamentosa. A seguranca do paciente e um tema atual e desafiador, constituindo-se em um dos principais parâmetros para a qualificacao da assistencia de enfermagem. Trata-se de revisao integrativa da literatura realizada no periodo de 2002 a 2011. Foram analisadas 38 publicacoes, sendo que 19 foram usadas para compor o texto. Dentre os principais eventos destacam-se: erros na dispensacao, preparo (reconstituicao e diluicao) e administracao de medicamentos, complicacoes vasculares, dor, infeccao hospitalar, dentre outros. Estudos como este revelam que os eventos adversos relacionados a terapia medicamentosa permeiam as diferentes categorias profissionais da area da saude, resultando em ineficiencia do tratamento, comprometendo a qualidade da assistencia. Ha, portanto, a necessidade de revisao dos processos de trabalho, a fim de uma sistematizacao da assistencia, visando maior seguranca ao usuario. - ADVERSE EVENTS RELATED TO MEDICATION THERAPY IN NURSING ABSTRACT: This study aims to evaluate the National Nursing Production referring to Adverse Events in Brazil in the past ten years related to Medication Therapy. Patient safety is a current and challenging issue, thus becoming one of the key parameters for the qualification of nursing care. It is about an integrative literature review conducted during the period from 2002 to 2011. We analyzed 38 publications, of which 19 were used for composing text. Among the main events are: errors in dispensing, preparation (reconstitution and dilution) and management of medications, vascular complications, pain, hospital infection, among others. Studies like this show that the adverse events related to medication therapy permeate the different categories of health professionals, resulting in inefficiency of treatment, undermining the quality of care. There is, therefore, the need for a review of the work processes, in order for an assistance systematization to get better security to the user. Keywords: Nursing. Nursing Assessment. Nursing Care.
