| Abstract | The article presents the question of social services – as a common fi eld of social policy and economy. The article aims to indicate that social services must be developed and integrated from both systems in a way that social and vocational reintegration and supported employment results with entry of defavourised people to an open labour market and with fi nding stable employment in non-subsidised economy. In article the notions of social services was presented as well as theoretical acquis of the European Union in the area was described. It has been indicated that the future model of welfare state can become social welfare mix state, where the social policy and economy services are integrated. The multi-sector and active social policy as a base for services integration was characterised. In the fi nal part, the catalogue of social services was presented and the conclusions as well as recommendations for the future have been put forward. |
