| Abstract | This research is important to the extent that achieves an efficient preparation of professionals for Physical Culture and Sport for their actions in communities, according to the demands of the present moment as deficiencies occur in the process of overcoming developed. The causes of these limitations are manifested in difficulty to design, organize, direct, to systematize and evaluate actions from community praxis, as the professor of sports combined not efficiently solve the professional problems of their performance during their work in communities, which limits the participation of the population in healthy recreational activities and sport for all in search of masses, constituting the essential problem of this research. Hence the goal this order to: Diagnose needs improvement professionals possessing Physical Culture and Sport who work in sports combined from a community perspective. Analysis-synthesis, participant observation, document analysis were the research methods of theoretical and empirical level used. Since the focus of the Methodology of Popular Education, was used as a qualitative method: participatory action research as techniques: participatory reflective interview, in-depth interviews and group reflection workshops. The methodology yielded reliable results that allowed diagnose trends overcoming the investigated sample. |
