| Abstract | With the proposal of the associativity model as an alternative to improve the production and Commercialization of the clothing sector in the municipality of Juan de Acosta Atlántico, it is intended to change the way of working of microentrepreneurs, transforming individual work for the culture of associativity, taking as a reference the different models of existing associativity, such as: productive chains, horizontal and vertical business network, cluster, strategic alliance, consortium, temporary union, PRODES and industrial districts where an analysis of each one is done and thus take the more appropriate to work together according to the needs and capabilities of microentrepreneurs. Through the associativity model it is sought that microenterprises, can increase productivity and obtain benefits that allow them to get out of the crisis, improving current conditions, strengthening collective work as a central axis, which will increase production capacity, investment in machinery, training, with which to be visible in the business environment, as a stable economy and thus build strategies to face true competition and better competitiveness. Associativity as a collective strategy to achieve the objectives and foster trust and work in harmony, where there is clear communication, so that the participatory company is responsible for managing and controlling resources and manages to take advantage of the opportunities it has in the market. The associativity model is a group of micro businesses that constitute a new company, which is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling resources; It is designed to facilitate access to new suppliers, promotion and marketing of products, access to machinery, training and the necessary financing to consolidate as a sustainable economic model. With the participatory company, microentrepreneurs will have the necessary tools to face risks, anticipate and identify the opportunities they have in the fashion industry. The purpose of the research was to identify the culture of associativity that the microentrepreneurs of clothing manufacturers have been practicing in the municipality of Juan de Acosta Atlántico, so that, by means of the interpretation of this behavior and the theory, a model of personalized associativity is designed, according to their common needs and customs. To achieve this, a semi-structured interview was designed, which was carried out to the owners of five selected workshops, complementary to this technique, the participant observation in the workshops was used, through which it was possible to identify their organizational capacities, the productive process and marketing, the above in relation to the associative culture. The results showed common characteristics in the culture of associativity in clothing manufacturers, mainly informality and distrust to associate, aspects that have generated negative experiences when working together with other microentrepreneurs in the clothing sector. Similarly, it was observed that the way they design their products is very rudimentary, affecting their commercialization. It is inferred that the implementation of the participatory model, exclusive for the clothing sector in Juan de Acosta Atlántico, will give them the possibility of promoting associative practices with the design of strategies that minimize negative experiences and common fears that they share with each other. At the same time, it will strengthen the ties of cooperation and integration between the different clothing manufacturers so that they complement each other in the activities. Background: At the regional level, specifically in the municipality of Juan de Acosta Atlántico, Fuentes y Llanos (2016) carried out their thesis on the formulation of a strategy to develop the dynamic capacity for innovation in microenterprises of clothing sector cluster of the municipality of Juan de Acosta. It has been detected that the companies of that locality have a low capacity for innovation, therefore, the strategies that are formulated are based on a combination of innovative leadership and entrepreneurial alliance along with innovative imitation and others, which can be used in micro enterprises of the clothing field with great success. Similarly, Hernández (2013) with his project analysis of the clothing trade subsector and its possibilities of productive chain with other economic activities in Cartagena de Indias, allows you to learn more about clothing in Cartagena, its dynamics, and production chain. Likewise, it exposes an x-ray of the business structure and the commerce sector in the city, also analyzing its behavior in the years 2007 to 2012. Echeverri, (2004), cited by Barrios and López, (2007), in his article Do our clothing SMEs have a future? if it is gets a good balance this industry, shows how the country has large exporting factories; some with their own brands, others make for third parties and others make their products through maquilas. It could be thought that the important performance of this sector has been the result almost entirely of the work of large companies, however, this is far from reality. These types of apparel companies represent only 5% in Colombia. The strength of this sector is championed by SMEs, which represent 55%. The micros and other family businesses have a remarkable role taking 40% of the production of clothing. Purposes: To achieve research, it ́s there is a general purpose: To propose a model of associativity as an alternative to improve the production and development of the clothing sector in the municipality of Juan de Acosta Atlántico. We also have some generals that are: • Identify the culture of associativity in the microenterprise of the clothing sector in the municipality of Juan de Acosta Atlántico. • Analyze the different models of associativity, related or related to the culture of the clothing sector in the municipality of Juan de Acosta. • Design the associativity model according to the needs of the clothing sector in the municipality of Juan de Acosta. Materials and Methods: In the present investigation the paradigmatic approach that is given is interpretive-hermeneutical, trying to understand the culture of associativity in the microentrepreneurs of the clothing sector in the municipality of Juan de Acosta Atlántico. The type of research that was addressed is qualitative, to understand the social reality of those involved in the research. The method used was ethnographic with cross section; that allows to describe and analyze first-hand the association behavior that the microentrepreneurs clothing manufacturers experience, from their business perspective and their productive process, to analyze the semi-structured interview and the participant observation. The study population was constituted by 10 microenterprises that met the conditions to provide the information. The sample the investigation it is of five informants, who had to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria to participate in the research and too willing to share their experiences The information collection was obtained through the semi-structured interview consisting of 7 questions and the participant observation, a checklist was also made, which allows the information to be collected in an orderly manner and to control that nothing important is forgotten. The analysis process is done using the Atlas-ti 7.0 software, the information collected in the interview and the participant observation are encoded, through open coding, axial coding and selective coding, resulting in categories and subcategories which facilitates triangulation of the information, between the theory obtained in the theoretical framework and that obtained in the field work (interviews and participant observation). Results: According to the purposes initially established for the investigation, the results obtained in the field investigation will be presented. The first purpose was developed through the Atlas ti 7.0 tool in search of obtaining the associative culture of micro-enterprises in the clothing sector. The program facilitated the analysis of the information collected through the interview and the participant observation. The results obtained based on the Axial coding, allowed to group the questions and answers, where the texts were codified, interrelating the categories and subcategories and the selective coding that resulted in the keywords. With the second purpose, it is intended to analyze the different models of associativity, related or applicable to the culture of the clothing sector in the municipality of Juan de Acosta Atlántico, each associativity model has a purpose, a requirement, an analysis of the most convenient, according to the capacity of the small clothing manufacturers. The third purpose corresponds to designing the associativity model for the clothing sector in the municipality of Juan de Acosta Atlántico, based on the analysis of the theory and the empirical data collected. The participatory company is responsible for managing productive projects and interaction with different actors, who must intervene for the operation of the model, which should be carried out as complex as possible, so that it is simple and does not present many difficulties during the process , it is necessary to take into account several factors, delve into the causes of the sector's problems, face the challenges implied by the changes and that all the involved microenterprise of the clothing sector have an address, a set course, clear objectives and goals, well defined; where they will improve, develop their work in a different way, more organized, controlling the processes, and becoming competitive. Conclusions: The proposal of the model seeks to manage the necessary tools to develop the Associativity model, according to the requirements of the clothing sector and transforming the way of thinking of each of the people who are involved.
