| Abstract | Background: Prenatal care is an important phase in the life of the woman who should receive assistance during the cycle. The SISPRENATAL is a program that enrolls pregnant women and accompanies each municipality in order to provide a safe pregnancy for mother and newborn, through the Program for Humanization of Prenatal and Birth. Objective: To analyze the process indicators of Information System Prenatal (SISPRENATAL). Methodology: This was a descriptive, documentary approach with quantitative analysis with data on the System Monitoring Program for the Humanization of Prenatal and Birth. Emphasis was placed on indicators of the system and quality of care in prenatal care. Results and Discussion: The information found were identified as predominant factors: low coverage of SISPRENATAL, few studies concerning this program, due to divergence of different information sources consulted and sub notification program. Conclusion: We highlight the poor quality of information available in practice, demanding the creation of protocols covering planning actions, improving the effectiveness of prenatal care and continuing education for professionals involved in the capture of data.
