| Abstract | RESUMEN La naturaleza y el medio ambiente se van insertando en las politicas de planificacion territorial europeas y espanolas segun una serie de paradigmas vinculados a sus particulares momentos en los procesos de crecimiento y desarrollo. Tal progresiva insercion no conduce a la introduccion del medio ambiente en el nucleo basico del sistema politico y economico, sino que lo mantiene en su periferia, traduciendolo a un simple «matiz ambiental». Palabras claves: Naturaleza, medio ambiente, crecimiento, desarrollo, ideologia, ecologia politica, planificacion territorial. SUMARY The nature and the environment became inserted in European and Spanish politics of territorial planning according to a series of paradigms responding to particular moments of the processes of growth and development. This progressive insertion did not led to the introduction of the environment into the basic nucleus of the political and economic system, but maintained it at the periphery of the latter, bringing only «some environmental vernish». |
