Abstract	Objective: This study aimed to understand the experience and knowledge of people with disabilities on inclusion policies in the labor market, evaluate its implementation, identifying the contribution of FUNAD inclusion in the labor market. Methods: Qualitative study developed in FUNAD, with 19 people with physical disabilities. Results: The results of the socio demographic profile indicates that 73.6% of subjects had no knowledge of quota policies, while 57.8% were not satisfied with the current policy of inclusion. All research subjects FUNAD characterized as a strong contributor to the process of inclusion in the labor market and positive working experiences described in their lives, but loaded with prejudice. Conclusion: One could understand that ignorance about the inclusion policies in the labor market is still great, which reflects negatively on the search for effective law enforcement of quotas.
