Abstract	Under the expectations of the market, the deficit that is presented by the high demand and the low supply and the doors that open with the international treaties and the regulation that safeguards the safety and quality of the avocado for export, arises the need to design a business plan to get the most out of theoretical data, experienced figures and the analysis of the available statistics of avocado production, export and import. Currently, Colombia is the fifth world producer of avocado, however it does not classify as one of the main exporters of this, so it is desired to successfully raise the links and agents participating in the chain of production, distribution and commercialization, to design a business plan that is triumphant to incur in this market.
