| Abstract | According to international treaties signed by Costa Rica, there is an obligation for the country to face discrimination and violence against women. A national survey found out that 58% of women in the county have been victims of physical or sexual violence. 14% of the population of the UCR (83% women and 17% men), have suffered sexual harassment. This research looks forward to make information on discrimination, violence and sexual harassment against female students, available for decision making on prevention and care of victims. The application of the survey will begin in the second semester of 2011.Information will be |
