| Abstract | In Ecuador, the rice’s crop is barely considered the contribution of silicon (Si) in the fertilization in spite that this nutrient is absorbed in big quantities by the gramineous. This work was made with the objective of studying different dose of silicon using as source the ash of husk of rice besides different levels of phosphorate (P) and potassium (K) fertilization. The silicon doses were 0; 197.3; 394.7; 592 and 789.3 Kg/Ha. The valued quantities of phosphorate were 17 and 22.5 Kg/Ha and of potassium were of 104 and 139 Kg/Ha. In the variable of plant height at 105 ddt* and root longitude at 45 ddt were highly significant differences with dose of silicon of 394.7 Kg/Ha the same as with the dose of 197.3 Kg/Ha, in the variable of panicles/m 2 . The levels of phosphorate didn't generate statistical differences in the variables that were studied.
