| Abstract | A organizacao do acervo documental do Arquivo da Federacao dos Trabalhadores Rurais Agricultores e Agricultoras Familiares do Estado do Maranhao (FETAEMA). Apresenta relato de experiencia com vistas a informar os resultados obtidos na execucao das atividades previstas no projeto de trabalho, cujo objetivo geral contempla avaliar e organizar a documentacao da FETAEMA. A metodologia embasa-se num referencial teorico-metodologico para que possibilite a construcao dos fundos documentais que permitam elaborar um plano de gestao da documentacao em todos os seus ciclos de vida: corrente, intermediaria e historica, visando disponibilizar os documentos impressos para estudo, pesquisa e acesso, atendendo ao principio da transparencia, em consonância com a Lei de Acesso a Informacao (LAI). O Relato de experiencia descreve os cursos e treinamentos que a bolsista participou e foi monitora, os estudos e leituras desenvolvidas sobre o tema arquivo, instrumentos de pesquisa e LAI, com base em pesquisa bibliografica com autores Schelemberg (2002), Paes (2004), Belloto (2007), entre outros. Apresenta as atividades desenvolvidas concernentes ao levantamento da tipologia documental, avaliacao, organizacao, acondicionamento documental e criacao de instrumento de pesquisa e, utilizou como metodologia a participacao em secoes cientificas de levantamento de bibliografia, leituras, fichamentos e debates sobre arquivo e participacao em eventos cientificos e profissionais. Conclui ressaltando a importância da integracao da bolsista na organizacao documental do referido Arquivo, que traz em si parte da historia da formacao dos trabalhadores do campo do Maranhao e que possibilitou ampliar os conhecimentos quanto a teoria e as metodologias desenvolvidas no âmbito dos arquivos. DOCUMENTARY ORGANIZATON OF THE ARCHIVE OF THE FEDERATION RURAL WORKERS FARMERS OF THE STATE OF MARANHAO (FETAEMA): experience report ABSTRACT The organization of the documentary collection of the Archive of the Federation of Rural Workers Farmers and Family Farmers of the State of Maranhao (FETAEMA). It presents experience report with a view to informing the results obtained in the execution of the activities foreseen in the work project, whose general objective is to evaluate and organize FETAEMA documentation. The methodology is based on a theoretical-methodological framework to enable the construction of documentary funds that allow the elaboration of a documentation management plan in all its life cycles: current, intermediate and historical, aiming at making available the printed documents for study, research. and access, in accordance with the principle of transparency, in accordance with the Law on Access to Information (LAI). The Experience Report describes the courses and trainings that the scholarship holder attended and monitored, the studies and readings developed on the theme archive, research instruments and LAI, based on bibliographic research with authors Schelemberg (2002), Paes (2004), Belloto (2007), among others. It presents the activities developed concerning the survey of the documentary typology, evaluation, organization, document packaging and creation of research instrument and, as methodology, the participation in scientific sections of bibliography survey, readings, files and debates about archiving and participation in scientific events. and professionals. It concludes by stressing the importance of the scholarship holder integration in the documentary organization of the said Archive, which brings with it part of the history of the Maranhao field workers' formation and that allowed to broaden the knowledge about the theory and the methodologies developed within the archives.
