Abstract	En el marco del proyecto de investigacion UBACyT “Intervenciones de los equipos de orientacion escolar: entre la habilitacion de los sujetos y la creacion de condiciones institucionales” dirigido por Beatriz Greco, venimos investigando la practica de los equipos de orientacion escolar, ubicando intervenciones que se ubican desde una mirada y un abordaje institucional. En este escrito, luego de repasar el marco normativo actual que invita a reposicionar el lugar de los equipos en una intervencion institucional, recuperamos la experiencia de un Equipo Tecnico de Apoyo Pedagogico de la Provincia de Rio Negro, para situar los obstaculos y las estrategias que los mismos encuentran en la implementacion de un abordaje institucional de la intervencion. Los aspectos que destacaremos en este escrito se cinen a: la lectura de la demanda en terminos institucionales, la construccion colectiva de trabajo y los abordajes institucionales. Concluiremos detallando los desafios a tener en cuenta a la hora de construir practicas interdisciplinarias de orientacion y acompanamiento institucional. Palabras clave Equipos de Orientacion Escolar, Intervencion institucional, Trayec- torias educativas ABSTRACT SCHOOL COUNSELING TEAMS: INSTITUTIONAL AND POLITICAL DIMENSION OF EDUCATIONAL INTERVENTION As part of the research project UBACyT “Interventions by school counseling teams: between the empowerment of individuals and the creation of institutional conditions” directed by Beatriz Greco, we have been investigating the practice of school counseling teams, placing interventions located from a look and an institutional approach. In this paper, after reviewing the current regulatory framework that invites you to reposition the place of the teams in an organizational intervention, we recovered the experience of a technical team of pedagogical support of Rio Negro, to locate obstacles and strategies that they found in the implementation of an institutional approach to intervention. The aspects that highlight in this paper are restricted to: the reading of demand in institutional terms, the collective construction work and institutional approaches. We conclude detailing the challenges to consider when building interdisciplinary practices guidance and institutional support.
